What is Remote Assistance?



When you have established a working relationship and know and trust Brad. Brad can provide you the option of Remote Assist to allow for quick and easy help to be provided remotely without the need for a visit to your home or business.


First please register a request here using the Online Form or Record a voice message with a description of your request/problem/issue by phone by calling 02 6732 5100 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a week.


Second, once you have registered a request as above, Remote assist allows Brad to help you over the phone and allows you to securely share your computer screen with Brad to assist in resolving problems.

Remote assist is handy for those quick 5 minute problems and fixes that generally would not justify the time or cost of an on-site visit.

Brad only has access to your computer remotely after your express approval – remote assist requires you to turn it on and is valid for one-time use – after Brad disconnects or you close it, any future remote access needs to be re-approved by you.


In most cases, when remote assist is to be used, Brad will email you a link to join a remote assist session or Provide you with a session code. In some cases, you may not be able to access your email, and you will manually need to join a remote support session.


How to Manually Join a Remote Assist Session.

To manually join a remote assist session with Brad

  2. Enter the session code provided by Brad while you are speaking to him on the phone.
